Caroline Ridding, founder and publisher of Aria, the digital first imprint of Head of Zeus, was made redundant from the company in November

She can be contacted on caroline.ridding@gbbgroup.com

Ridding joined Head of Zeus in August 2015 to set up Aria, which specialised in mass-market digital fiction, a move which reunited her with Head of Zeus' chief executive at the time, Amanda Ridout. The pair had both worked at HarperCollins, where Ridding set up Avon in 2007. Ridout left HoZ in November 2017.

Prior to Harper, Ridding was in charge of book buying at Tesco.
