Hay Festival - Children's Festival Director: Hay-on-Wye

The international festivals producer is looking for a dynamic and inspirational children's literature specialist to direct the Hayfever Festival, the Scribblers Tours, and to develop the Children's and Youth programmes at Hay and contribute to our 15 festivals around the world.

The post is based in Hay and will involve international travel. The Hayfever Director will work with the Hay Production Team. The job involves programming, presentation, event management, team-building, fund-raising, communications and collaborating with publishers, the media, booksellers, writers and the public.
