Flagship event for reduced litfest

The Marlborough LitFest, much reduced this year owing to Covid-19, stages its flagship event, the virtual Big Town Read, at 6pm on Saturday 26 September. Registrations have opened for the event, hosted by Faber and starring novelist Louise Doughty in conversation with journalist and broadcaster Alex Clark. The town read is Doughty's thriller Platform Seven.

Marlborough LitFest is continuing its outreach programme, running activities for the community including free author talks for local primary schools as well as competitions for all ages.
