This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work at the heart of an established literary agency, now in its seventh decade and constantly expanding and innovating. We pride ourselves on representing our authors with care, creativity and hard work, and seek to develop our authors’ careers in a safe and nurturing environment. •  Managing the office account and liaising with accounts staff who process incoming payments
•  Invoicing publishers and making payments to our authors
•  Collating and chasing royalty statements and updating records
•  Dealing with author queries
•  US and translation tax exemption forms

We are a small, friendly company and we prioritise our work/life balance and pastoral care and strive to provide a welcoming and supportive workplace for people of all ages, races, backgrounds and identities. And we are committed to increasing representation and reducing inequality across our industry.
