At the Southbank from 21 to 31 October
The London Literature Festival returns to the Southbank from 21 to 31 October, with stars including Ece Temelkuran, Anne Applebaum, Kate Clanchy, Tracey Thorn, Amor Towles, Caleb Azumah Nelson, Vanessa Onwuemezi, Naomi Ishiguro, Kate Mosse, Michael Rosen, Romalyn Ante, and Christie Watson. The theme is friendship.
Also due to appear at the Southbank this autumn are Sally Rooney, Bernardine Evaristo, Lauren Groff, Ruth Ozeki, Armistead Maupin, and Helen Oyeyemi. Events will include the Polari Prize, the Booker Prize Readings, and the presentation of the Forward Prizes for Poetry.
Tickets go on sale to members tomorrow (13 July), and to the general public on Wednesday 14 July.
